What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, your email address and the message you write.
Downloading our corporate profile collects your name and email address, and your company if you give it.
We collect nothing else. There is no account, no login and no profiling.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to business, to carry out the supply.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry, and, once a contract is in view, steps taken at your request before entering into it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our email provider and our hosting provider process it on our behalf, under contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to two years.
Where a contract follows, the related records are kept for as long as Belgian commercial and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, erase it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to us using it.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
